The Terms and Conditions of this Loyalty Program are defined by LifeMiles Ltd. *LifeMiles is the loyalty program offered by Avianca to its frequent travelers.
This Regulation applies to any natural person who enters the Avianca Lounges (hereinafter, the “User”), as a: This Regulation includes the general rules governing the use and access by Users at all Avianca Lounges that may be administered directly by Avianca or operated on behalf of Avianca by a service administrator contractor.
The benefits and facilities provided in the Avianca Lounge are independent of the air transport service to which a traveler is entitled during the execution of the transport contract with any of the airlines affiliated with Avianca Group. The User and/or their companion(s) declare(s) that they are familiar with and accept these Regulations simply by entering the Avianca Lounge. This document establishes the conditions for access and use of the Avianca Lounges that must be followed by Users who enter these spaces and use the services offered there. The airlines affiliated with Avianca, acting jointly but not severally, referred to collectively as Avianca, present the following Regulations on the Conditions of Access to and Use of the Avianca Lounge Services, used by Avianca around the world.
